HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE

The VBCC High Temperature Laboratory Furnace is a precision-engineered thermal processing system designed for advanced laboratory, research, pilot-scale, and industrial heating applications up to 1800°C. The furnace is suitable for sintering, calcination, annealing, heat treatment, ceramic processing, refractory testing, powder metallurgy, and advanced material development.

The system incorporates premium-grade insulation, advanced SCR-based power control, and a high-accuracy programmable temperature controller to ensure excellent temperature uniformity, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. Depending on the application and operating temperature, the furnace can be equipped with Kanthal APM, Silicon Carbide (SiC), or Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi?) heating elements. The hot zone dimensions can be customized to suit specific research and production requirements.
