Skilled Engineering Team

VBCC is powered by a dedicated workforce of 40 professionals, including 20 qualified engineers and three Doctorate (Ph.D.) holders specializing in ceramics, thermal engineering, materials science, and advanced manufacturing. Our multidisciplinary team includes mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and ceramic engineers, supported by experienced CAD designers, production specialists, fabrication technicians, quality engineers, and commissioning experts. Our modern CAD Engineering Centre develops complete mechanical, thermal, and electrical designs for furnaces, kilns, testing equipment, and customized thermal systems. Modern Manufacturing Facility

VBCC operates a well-equipped manufacturing facility capable of producing laboratory, pilot-scale, and industrial thermal processing equipment. The facility includes precision fabrication, welding, machining, sheet metal processing, assembly, inspection, and testing operations. We manufacture box furnaces, tube furnaces, vacuum furnaces, rotary furnaces, roller hearth kilns, microwave furnaces, bell furnaces, CVD systems, continuous furnaces, ceramic kilns, and customized thermal processing equipment designed for demanding industrial and research applications.

Electrical, Electronics & Automation

A major strength of VBCC is its in-house Electrical and Electronics Division. We design and manufacture electrical control panels, PLC and PID-based control systems, programmable temperature controllers, safety interlocks, process monitoring systems, and customized automation solutions. Our engineers also develop Thyristor (SCR) Power Controllers, ensuring precise temperature control, improved energy efficiency, longer heating element life, and reliable furnace performance. This complete in-house capability allows seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Thermal Engineering & Advanced Insulation

Thermal engineering is the core competency of VBCC. Our expertise includes furnace thermal design, heat transfer analysis, controlled atmosphere systems, vacuum technology, heating element selection, and energy-efficient process engineering. We utilize the latest low thermal conductivity insulation materials, including ceramic fibre modules, microporous insulation panels, zirconia-based insulation, lightweight refractories, and multi-layer insulation systems to minimize heat loss, improve temperature uniformity, reduce energy consumption, and maximize equipment life.
