The Bottom-Loading Box-Type Furnace with Auto Raising Hearth and Tilting Tray is a high-temperature laboratory and pilot-scale furnace designed for melting, heat treatment, calcination, sintering, and advanced material research up to 1800°C. The furnace incorporates a motorized bottom-loading mechanism with an automatic raising hearth and tilting tray, allowing safe and convenient loading and unloading of hot samples while minimizing operator exposure to high temperatures.

The furnace is equipped with 1800°C grade MoSi? heating elements, ensuring rapid heating, excellent temperature uniformity, and long service life. The lightweight ceramic fibre insulation minimizes heat loss, reduces power consumption, and enables fast heating and cooling cycles.

The programmable PID controller with multi-segment programming provides precise temperature control for complex thermal processes, making the furnace suitable for research laboratories, universities, ceramic industries, metallurgy, refractories, glass manufacturing, and advanced materials development.
