COLD MODULUS OF RUPTURE [MOR]-ASTM C133

The VBCC Modulus of Rupture (MOR) Testing Machine is a fully automated mechanical strength testing system designed for determining the flexural strength of refractory, ceramic, brick, tile, and other brittle materials under three-point bending conditions. The system provides accurate and repeatable measurement of Modulus of Rupture (MOR) and breaking load for both fired and unfired specimens.

The equipment features a robust four-pillar loading frame, precision load cell, motorized loading system, and PLC-HMI based automation for easy operation and reliable testing. The oil-free design eliminates hydraulic leakage and minimizes maintenance requirements, making it suitable for production quality control, research laboratories, testing centers, and academic institutions.
