FROST RESISTANCE TESTER

The Freeze-Thaw Resistance Testing System is a specialized laboratory equipment designed to evaluate the durability of ceramic tiles and building materials under repeated freezing and thawing conditions in accordance with ISO 10545-12 standards. The system automatically performs programmable freeze-thaw cycles to simulate severe environmental exposure conditions. An integrated vacuum impregnation facility ensures complete water saturation of test specimens before cycle initiation, enabling accurate durability assessment. The stainless steel inner chamber provides excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. A PID temperature controller combined with a PT100 temperature sensor ensures precise temperature regulation throughout the testing process. The rotary vacuum pump delivers reliable vacuum generation for specimen preparation. The chamber is designed to maintain uniform temperature distribution, ensuring consistent test conditions for all samples. Automated operation minimizes operator intervention and improves repeatability. Optional data logging and reporting functions simplify test documentation and compliance verification.
