MODULUS OF RUPTURE (MOR) TESTER

The Modulus of Rupture (MOR) Testing Machine is a precision testing system designed to determine the flexural strength of ceramic tiles, refractory products, and advanced ceramic materials using the three-point bending method. The machine is equipped with an adjustable span arrangement to accommodate various sample sizes and testing standards. A motorized loading system ensures smooth and controlled load application throughout the test cycle. The PLC-based control system with HMI provides user-friendly operation and real-time monitoring of test parameters. Automatic load measurement and MOR calculation eliminate manual errors and improve testing efficiency. The digital peak load hold function captures the maximum load at fracture for accurate strength evaluation. The heavy-duty fabricated steel structure ensures rigidity, stability, and long service life. The system is suitable for both dry and fired specimen testing. Optional software and automation features enhance data management and reporting capabilities. It is widely used in quality control laboratories, research institutions, universities, and industrial testing facilities.
