CHEMICAL VAPOUR DEPOSITION

The VBCC High Temperature Vacuum & Controlled Atmosphere Tubular Furnace is a fully integrated research-grade thermal processing system designed for advanced material synthesis, sintering, annealing, reduction studies, catalyst development, CVD processes, hydrogen treatment, and high-temperature experimentation under precisely controlled vacuum and gas atmospheres.

The system features a high-purity 99.8% recrystallized alumina working tube, Super Kanthal (MoSi?) heating elements, high-vacuum pumping system, ultra-high purity gas delivery package, mass flow controllers, water-cooled vacuum flanges, and programmable PID temperature control. Capable of achieving temperatures up to 1700°C and vacuum levels of 10?? mbar, the furnace provides exceptional temperature uniformity, atmosphere control, and process repeatability for laboratory and industrial R&D applications.
