RAISING HEARTH FURNACE

The VBCC Raising Hearth Furnace is a high-temperature bottom-loading furnace specifically designed for melting, sintering, calcination, heat treatment, advanced ceramic processing, and material research applications up to 1700°C. The system incorporates a pneumatically operated raising hearth mechanism with tilting facility, enabling safe and convenient loading, unloading, and pouring operations at elevated temperatures.

Constructed with a heavy-duty double-wall stainless steel structure and premium-grade insulation, the furnace ensures excellent thermal efficiency, low skin temperature, and outstanding temperature uniformity. The furnace is equipped with MoSi? heating elements, programmable PID temperature control, SCR-based power regulation, and automated pneumatic operation, making it ideal for research laboratories, ceramic industries, metallurgical applications, glass manufacturing, and advanced materials development.
