TUBULAR FURNACE UPTO 1800°C

The VBCC High Temperature Tubular Furnace is a premium research-grade furnace designed for high-temperature processing under vacuum, inert gas, reducing gas, and controlled atmosphere conditions. The system combines a high-purity recrystallized alumina work tube, MoSi? heating elements, programmable temperature control, high-vacuum system, and gas purging facilities, making it suitable for advanced materials research, ceramic sintering, catalyst development, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy, and thermal treatment applications.

The furnace is capable of continuous operation up to 1600°C with excellent temperature uniformity and vacuum levels down to 10?? mbar. The integrated water-cooled stainless steel end flanges ensure leak-free vacuum operation and efficient atmosphere control throughout the testing process.
