MUFFLE FURNACE UPTO 1800°C

The VBCC High Temperature Laboratory Furnace is a premium table-top furnace designed for advanced ceramic, refractory, metallurgical, and materials research applications requiring temperatures up to 1800°C. The furnace is constructed using a heavy-duty stainless-steel structure with high-efficiency vacuum-formed fiber insulation and MoSi? heating elements to ensure excellent thermal uniformity, rapid heating rates, and energy-efficient operation.

The system is equipped with a sophisticated programmable temperature control system, phase-angle thyristor power regulation, and high-accuracy thermocouple feedback for precise thermal processing. Its robust design makes it suitable for sintering, calcination, heat treatment, material characterization, and high-temperature research applications.
