SOLID OXIDE ELECTROLYTE CELL (0.5kW - 5kW)

The VBCC SOFC–SOEC Test Bench is a fully integrated, dual-mode electrochemical testing platform designed for advanced research in Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC) and Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells (SOEC) . The system supports a standard 0.5 kW SOFC stack with provision for multiple stack configurations based on research requirements.

Engineered for high-precision experimentation, the system ensures excellent thermal uniformity, accurate gas flow control, long-term stability, and fully automated operation through PLC–SCADA integration. It enables comprehensive studies including fuel cell power generation, electrolysis performance, reversible operation, impedance analysis, degradation behavior, and long-duration cyclic testing.
