SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL (0.5kW - 5kW)

The VBCC SOFC Test Bench is a fully integrated electrochemical testing platform designed for advanced research and development of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC). The system supports a standard 0.5 kW SOFC stack with provision for multiple stack configurations based on research requirements.

Engineered for high-precision experimentation, the system ensures excellent thermal uniformity, accurate gas flow control, long-term stability, and fully automated operation through PLC–SCADA integration. It enables comprehensive studies including fuel cell performance evaluation, power generation characteristics, impedance analysis, degradation behavior, fuel utilization studies, and long-duration cyclic testing.
