GRAPHITIZATION FURNACE

The VBCC Graphitization Furnace is a high-performance ultra-high temperature system designed for the conversion of carbonaceous materials into high-purity graphite. Capable of operating up to 3000°C, the system utilizes graphite resistance heating and high-purity graphite insulation to achieve extreme thermal stability and uniform temperature distribution. With high vacuum capability and controlled atmosphere operation, the furnace is widely used in advanced carbon material processing, battery anode development, carbon-carbon composites, and nuclear-grade graphite production.
